Steel-structure storage halls

WS, WSE and WSP storage halls and KS machine shelter data sheet

  • Free space to ceiling height and high loading space for warehouse applications.
  • Customisable number of sliding doors between arc beams and at both ends of the building.
  • Option for a tall and wide loading door for large machinery at both ends of the building.
  • Flexibility for insulation of the structure later. The insulation option must, however, be mentioned when one is purchasing the storage hall, as it changes the arc beam interval.
  • The possibility of extending the storage halls later with a box beam frame section at the end of the building.
  • Option of storage halls being wood-panelled.
  • A wide variety of applications for warm storage halls – as commercial buildings, machine workshops, etc.
  • Insulated wall and roof elements, reducing the construction time required.
  • Frame distance that can be adapted as required to allow for wide doors.
  • Machine shelter front walls that can be fitted with lattice structures to allow for a wide entryway..

Structure

  • Box beam three-joint arc beams are assembled in horizontal orientation by means of bolt joints and lifted onto anchor bolts as a single element.
  • Frame sections are torsionally rigid and support weight when installed.
  • Frames have wall and ceiling purlin mount points and eaves beams.
  • Because the sections are painted through a dip-painting method, the inside surfaces of the beams are painted too.
  • Prefabricated foundation pillars and basement wall blocks are available from concrete foundries.
  • If the customer wishes to order base wall blocks from a concrete foundry, we deliver blueprints and anchor bolts to the foundry (concrete parts are not included in our delivery).
