Tahko Lakeside Villas will be a complex of 27 premium-level holiday villas and will open for bookings for the summer of 2027. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Weckman is supplying a total of approximately 3,600 m<sup>2<\/sup> of Progantti roofing sheets for the villa roofs. The house supplier is <strong>PolarHouse<\/strong>, for whom Lakeside Villas is the largest single resort project in their history. PolarHouse already has a long-standing and established supplier relationship with Weckman, as Weckman is the roofing choice for all their projects. In Tahko, the roof installation is being carried out by Rakennusliike Koponen Oy.    <\/p>\n<h2>Progantti as part of Scandinavian elegance<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ville K\u00f6ng\u00e4s<\/strong> from PolarHouse says that Weckman&#8217;s product and its technical properties have been familiar to them for a long time. The reliability of deliveries, in terms of both the product and the schedule, plays its part in the successful cooperation. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe value predictability here, because it means that everything goes as planned, the products are exactly as ordered, and they arrive at the construction site on schedule,\u201d describes K\u00f6ng\u00e4s.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The villas are located on a hillside plot descending to the lake, where the stylish roofs come into their own and are a visible element in the premium-level villas. The first row of houses, closest to the shore, will be completed in late summer 2026, followed by the remaining rows of villas climbing up the slope. Progantti roofs fit seamlessly into the desired Scandinavian, simplified, and finished style of the villas, including the roof safety products.
