Sturdy frame, durable and spacious bed

Thanks to the torsionally rigid frame and bed structure, the earth moving trailer is durable and long-lasting. The frame and bed main beams are manufactured from tubular steel. The extremely thick bottom plate made of wear-resistant steel withstands loading and flexes, preventing permanent deformation.

The earth moving trailer frame components are dip-painted/spray-painted depending on the model, and the beds are spray-painted.

The long drawbar improves the earth moving trailer’s maneuverability even when driving with dual wheels.

Sides and bottom made of Hardox wear-resistant steel

In Weckman trailers, the side structure ensures tightness even for finer materials. The earth moving trailer sides are manufactured from 4 mm and the bottom from 6 mm thick Hardox wear-resistant steel. The side materials flex, so the bed maintains its shape well. The top edge support beam adds strength.

The standard side height of Weckman WS DG trailers is 65 – 80 cm. The high front side increases workplace safety. The bed volume can be significantly increased with an optional grain extension.

The rear gate of earth moving trailers WS130 DG and WS180 DG is a hydraulically opening ramp gate. The trailer also comes with a gravel gate for spreading gravel mats, for example. The hydraulic ramp gate is equipped with a double lock valve.

Earth moving trailer robust bogie with high ground clearance

Weckman trailers feature a symmetrical “walking bogie” structure, where the center axle is lower than the hub axles, allowing the trailer to rise smoothly over obstacles while stabilizing the load. The trailers have high ground clearance because the robust bogie structure does not require additional supports.
