Housing Fair 2026

The 2026 Housing Fair will be held in the new Saikka residential area in Lempäälä from July 10 to August 9, 2026. Saikka is being developed as a modern and compact residential area emphasizing climate-smart construction, smooth everyday living, and community spirit. The fair’s central theme is climate wisdom, which is reflected in energy efficiency, material choices, green space planning, and ease of living. The area will feature a diverse range of homes, from detached houses to urban townhouses and apartment buildings, in close proximity to excellent transport connections and services.
