Hinged sides with grain hatch

In Weckman trailers, the side structure ensures a tight seal even for finer materials.

Grain sides and extension sides, installed separately on top of the standard sides, make handling the sides easy. With grain sides, the tailgate is in two parts and can be opened fully or partially. The tailgate features a reliable 4-point locking mechanism and comes standard with a lockable grain hatch. The sides are made from 2 mm thick Docol 420 steel.

Depending on the model, the standard side height of the grain trailers is 40 or 50 cm. Grain sides and extension sides are available as accessories to raise the side height and increase the load bed's volume.

Sturdy steps on the front side and removable steps inside the load bed add to comfort and safety.

Durable frame, spacious load bed

Thanks to the torsion-resistant frame and bed structure, the trailer withstands even heavy loads, extending the trailer's service life. The frame and bed rails are made from box-section tubing. The thick base plate withstands the strain of loading. All parts of the frame and bed are dip-painted, so the paint also coats the inside of the frame's box-section tubing, preventing rust.

The long drawbar (on the WS130 G model) improves the trailer's maneuverability even when driving with dual wheels. Hydraulic hoses and electrical cables run inside the drawbar, protected from damage.

Sturdy bogie with high ground clearance

The trailers' bogie structure is a symmetrical "creeping bogie," in which the center axle sits lower than the hub axles, allowing the trailer to climb smoothly over obstacles while stabilizing the load during transport. Weckman trailers have high ground clearance, as the sturdy bogie structure requires no additional supports.
