Sturdy frame, durable and spacious body

Thanks to the torsionally rigid frame and body structure, the earthmoving trailer is durable and long-lasting. The frame and body beams are made of hollow section steel. The extra-thick floor plate, made of wear-resistant steel, withstands heavy loading and flexes to prevent permanent deformation.

Depending on the model, the earthmoving trailer frame parts are dip-painted or spray-painted, and the bodies are spray-painted.

The long drawbar improves the maneuverability of the earthmoving trailer, even when driving with dual wheels.

Sides and floor made of Hardox wear-resistant steel

In Weckman trailers, the side structure ensures tightness even for finer materials. The sides of the earthmoving trailers are made of 4 mm and the floor of 6 mm thick Hardox wear-resistant steel. The side materials are flexible, so the body maintains its shape well. The support beam at the top edge adds further stability.

The standard side height for Weckman WS DG trailers is 65–80 cm. A high front wall increases occupational safety. The body volume can be significantly increased with an optional grain cassette.

The WS130 DG and WS180 DG earthmoving trailers feature a hydraulic combi-tailgate that opens downwards. The trailer is also supplied with a gravel tailgate, for example, for spreading gravel mats. The hydraulic combi-tailgate is equipped with a double lock valve.

Sturdy bogie with high ground clearance for earthmoving trailers

Weckman trailers feature a symmetrical 'climbing bogie' design, where the center axle is lower than the hub axles, allowing the trailer to rise easily over obstacles while stabilizing the load. The trailers have high ground clearance because the sturdy bogie structure does not require additional supports.
