Weckman’s uninsulated (cold) building is Finland’s most popular prefabricated building, manufactured for various purposes for over 40 years. It is suited for use as a machinery building or warehouse when heated space is not necessarily required. Weckman WS is safe and designed for Finnish conditions to withstand local snow loads.

An uninsulated Weckman building provides modern, functional, and spacious premises for industrial, storage, or hobby activities. The building’s purpose can be changed very flexibly because there are no intermediate pillars.
The robust building is easy and quick to erect and does not require special tools. Weckman installation accessories and trims complete the whole.
Thanks to the fatigue-resistant material, the building’s technical service life is 50 years. The building’s fire classification is P3. Roof pitches can be selected according to need.
The adaptability of the buildings for different purposes is enhanced by accessories, such as windows and various types of doors. Door openings can be positioned and dimensioned flexibly. Uninsulated buildings can be thermally insulated later if needed.

Translucent light panels are available for uninsulated buildings for both roofs and walls. The light panels are made of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester and are compatible with roof and wall sheet profiles.
Sliding and personnel doors of various sizes are available for the buildings.
Sliding Doors
Weckman sliding doors are easy to install because the bracket fasteners are pre-welded to the building’s pillars at the factory. To achieve a tight structure, the trims of the door side panels can be cut so that the trim starts from the floor.
Two Sliding Doors on the Same Track
With the new door track system, two doors can be installed side by side on the same track. This replaces the previous system, which required two tracks side by side. With one track, the doors slide past each other. A second door can also be added later.

Personnel and Additional Doors Also Afterwards
A separate personnel door or additional door can also be installed in an existing Weckman building.
For the buildings, it is possible to choose roof and wall sheets from a wide range of models and colors.
With different colored finishes, the building’s appearance can be made exactly as desired.
Different colored corner and jamb trims and/or sliding doors are often used as accents.
The roof delivery includes the necessary trims, trim fastening screws, and ridge seal.
